The Derby meeting at Hickstead was a busy one for us. Our horses all jumped very well. Cabela was placed in a very competitive Foxhunter, Birmena jumped double clear in a Foxhunter. Ballack, a new ride for me jumped some very good rounds including a double clear in the 1m Open. Michelle Dorion fulfilled a lifetime ambition of riding at Hickstead by jumping her own horse CHS Romeo in the 1m class. Katie Davies who is our apprentice jumped some good clear rounds on her event horses.
